During this assignment you will enter, post and reconcile batches, research and resolve customer AR issues, prepare aging report, place billing and collection calls, maintain cash receipts journal, update, and reconcile sub-ledger to GL. Accounts Receivable Clerk candidates must have good attention to detail and strong Excel skills. Heavy analytical work of client accounts to monitor payment status and reconcile payments on a consistent basis Perform as a strong receivables clerk owning and reconciling client specific accounts Work to reconcile various issues on accounts Entering daily ACHWires into accounting system Uploading pay file remits into accounting system Performing cost and fee uploads to accounting system Post live checks and perform bank deposit Heavy reconciliation Communicate regarding specific client accounts, validate reversals and general Accounts Receivable follow upompany, Robert Half, weve been matching highly skilled finance and accounting professionals with clients since 1948.
